Terms and conditions for using Xtra Go service
General use:
1.1 Users using Xtra Go Cloud Accounting Service must have reached the age of puberty in their country.
1.2 Users must provide true and accurate information when registering and subscribing to the Service.
1.3 Users are prohibited from using Xtra Go Service to engage in illegal, harmful or immoral activities.
1.4 By using Xtra Go Service, you unconditionally comply with these Terms and Conditions, which are legally binding on you.
Privacy and security:
2.1 Personal information and data may be used for the purposes of providing and developing Xtra Go Service, or other services and products provided by EasyBooks, in accordance with Xtra Go Service Privacy Policy.
2.2 We take security measures to protect information stored and information sent over the Internet, but we cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized access or use.
2.3 By using Xtra Go service, you implicitly agree to the service's privacy policy.
Compensation:
3.1 The User agrees to indemnify and defend EasyBooks, the operator of Xtra Go Service, against any claims, losses, damages or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from his use of Xtra Go Service.
Changes and Termination:
4.1 EasyBooks, the developer and operator of Xtra Go service, reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and the terms and conditions are published on the website of Xtra Go service.
4.2 The user has the right to terminate his use of Xtra Go service at any time by canceling his subscription and stopping his use of the service, and he is not entitled to claim a refund of any amount, or demand the payment of any compensation.
4.3 EasyBooks has the right to terminate the user’s subscription to Xtra Go service without prior notice if he violates these terms and conditions, and also if his subscription expires and is not renewed in a timely manner.
4.4 In the event that the user’s subscription expires due to non-renewal, EasyBooks is not obligated to keep the user’s data entered using Xtra Go service for more than 30 days, in order to allow the user to recover his data or reactivate the subscription during this period.
Warranty and Liability:
5.1 EasyBooks provides Xtra Go Service “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
5.2 EasyBooks, the developer and operator of Xtra Go service, will not have any liability towards the user or any third party for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use Xtra Go service.
Applicable law and jurisdiction:
6.1 Any legal dispute arising from the use of Xtra Go Service shall be arbitrated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
The majeure force:
7.1 In the event of force majeure (for example, earthquakes, wars, natural disasters...) EasyBooks, the developer and operator of Xtra Go service, is not obligated and does not bear any responsibility or compensation for damages that may occur to the user or his data.
